i always say yes, but in all honesty i don't think so.
a. i don't want inactive followers [ people only following me for a giveaway but not actually interested in my posts ]
b. i don't want to have to deal with stealing, no credits, ect.
c. i just haven't been able to get around to making a giveaway.
